A: At the moment, two types of dimmable lights are available, one is simple triac, the other is 0/1-10V dimmable; Most important, our dimmable lights are matching with almost of dimmer, if they are not so cheap and bad quality, then you can enjoy a good performance.

Q: Does Emilux design own products?
A: Emilux design and assemble all the products we are selling, all of our products are made from our personal moulds, patent keeping. Our engineers are good at optics, electronics, mechanical and thermal management, who have more than 10 years lighting experience. All of our products are comply with TUV/CE/ROHS standards and approved by it.
Q: Do you have warranty for products?
A: We have 5 years warranty in sharp cob part, 3 years warranty for driver part. During the period, if customers have the product quality issues and if certified by Emilux, we would request customers to ship back the failure parts and replace the news, Emilux afford all payments.
Q: Can Emilux do custom assembly or offer OEM product?
A: Emilux has a lot of experience on OEM assembly of LED lighting, with customer logos and labels. We also have a good design and engineering team. We will strictly follow the principal that we won’t disclose or sell customer unique designs or jointly developed products to the third party.
Q: What is Emilux lead time?
A: Usually we ship orders in 15days. But it will take a little longer if with heavy burden of production task. It also takes more time with customized products. Lead time starts from customer´s final confirmation and payment done.
Q: What LEDs do you usually use for your LED products?
A: We mainly use Original Sharp COB LEDs, Samsung SMD LEDs, sometime we will use cree, epistar and others due to customers´ request.
Q: What is the main markets for Emilux?
A: We are selling to EU, South Ameria, and Asia, high quality standard for LED products. Our export turnover is up to 90%. But other new markets are increasing.
